| Q1: Can It work with any license plate? |
| A: No. As each country has its own rules of license plates and writng characters, which reduces the succeess rate of recognition. So there is an integration process in the front, to fine tune the software above a certain success rate. |

Q2:How does the integration process work?
|
| A: There is a NRE charge invovled as we need to have our engineers working in the propject. The NRE charges will be quoted after we receive loads of pictures of your local lincense plates to evaluate. It takes roughly 1-2 months, depending on the difficulty. |

| Q3: Can NRE charges balanced to the future goods cost? |
| A: Yes. |

| Q3: What kind of camera pictures you need with integration? |

| Q4: How fast the car speed you could support? |
A: It depends on the camera shutter speed. Our LPR/ ANPR camera can be adjusted to 1/1000, or 1/2000. Car speed is up to 150Km. |

| Q5:Does the price include a database, GUI, and functions? |
| A: Yes. it comes with a free database. However as LPR has an integration process in the front and more like a project based product. So clients could bring up the requirements of database, GUI, and fucntions and we could work on a customized software for you and you sell as retail. Or if you are a SI, you could integrate on your own. |

| Q6:Does the price include LPR cameras? |
| A: no. LPR cameras are seperately quoted. |

| Q7: LPR camera is the same as regular CCTV cameras? |
| A: no. LPR cameras are different from the regular CCTV cameras. LPR camera has a wider range of shutter speed. Users may buy LPR cameras from different vendors; however, we will not quarenee the success rate in that case then. |

| Q8: Does the LPR box work with the existed CCTV system? |
| A: Yes. As LPR box just required a splitted video stream from the existed CCTV system and output the analysis result to PC/ database. Users do not replace any existed CCTV system. |

| Q9: Does the LPR box work with the existed CCTV CMS software? |
| A: LPR requires a PC to store the analysis data (eq, .jpeg picture, license plate number, and ID no. ) and execute database functions (eq, filtering, integration with I/O......). Clients could request our protocols and integrate to the current CMS software by co-working with the CMS Vendor. |
